Cancellation & Refund Policy
STINGO CRM is owned and managed by DelveTECH Software Pvt Ltd. This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you ("Customer") and DelveTECH Software Pvt Ltd (which will be referred as "STINGO" for the rest of agreement). STINGO provides the Service(s) (as defined below) to you subject to and conditioned upon your acceptance of this Agreement.
7 Days Refund Policy
For all quarterly and annual plans, we provide a full refund within the first seven days. To process the refund, we require that customers partake in a brief feedback call, in order to help us understand their concerns and improve our services.
- • If the customer has requested for a discontinuation of the service within 7 days from created Stingo services, then 90% of the total cost including the setup cost shall be refunded to the customer if stingo customisation not started and 10% will be retained as STINGO administrative charges.
- • If any Taxes/GST & Stingo customisation shall not be refunded and Tax paid records shall be shared with customers.
No Refund Upon Misunderstanding or Misconduct
Please note that refunds will not be provided in cases where users have misunderstood the product features or engaged in inappropriate behavior with our support team. This includes demanding a refund due to disagreements with our team, seeking support outside of designated support hours, and other similar situations.
Changes to our Cancellation & Refund Policy
If we decide to change our Cancellation & Refund Policy, we will post those changes on this page.
These conditions shall be governed by and construed and take effect in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that for any action or proceeding to be brought by you, the courts and tribunals at Delhi in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes or claims which may arise out of or in connection with this agreement.
